Effective March 20, 2026By downloading, installing, or using FeelinIt ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
FeelinIt is a mental wellness application that uses interactive neuroscience-inspired visualizations, guided breathing exercises, emotion tracking, and an AI-powered wellness coach to help you explore and understand your emotions.
2. Health Disclaimer
Important: FeelinIt is designed to support emotional awareness and general wellness. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.
The AI wellness coach provides general wellness suggestions only. It is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please immediately contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FeelinIt. If you are under 18, use the App with parental supervision.
4. Account & Data
FeelinIt does not require an account. Your data is stored locally and optionally synced through your Apple iCloud account.
5. Cost
FeelinIt is currently available free of charge with no in-app purchases. All features are accessible at no cost.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Do not misrepresent the App's output as professional medical advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials in FeelinIt are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelinIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
